It had been a life long dream of Cappy's to open her own restaurant, so when Buck Creek Tavern opened in May 2001, her vision was complete. Born and raised in Buckhead, Cappy has been in hospitality all her life. She owned a catering company in Atlanta for over 10 years, but always longed for life in the mountains. Cappy moved to North Georgia to do just that and to be close to beautiful Lake Burton. However, something seemed to be lacking in her new neighborhood. "I missed a good 'Buckhead-type' restaurant and bar in Clayton, so I decided to open my own." With that Buck Tavern was born.
 After a successful 7-year run, the doors of Buck Creek Tavern closed for the final time. Two years of massive renovations, menu developing, re-branding, Mark and Cappy have delivered a completely fresh and original concept - Zeppelin's Pasta House. An all natural, homemade rock and roll restaurant in the Rabun Mountains, it's possibly the best spot in all of Northeast Georgia. Zeppelin's is located in the center of downtown Clayton on old 441.
